AUSTEX is led by qualified managers with backgrounds in many different fields and high-level expertise acquired through projects.

Pier Francesco Rimbotti
Chemical Engineering Degree from Imperial College - London University and MBA from Insead, Fontainebleau. He founded Infrastrutture in 1994 after a 6 years' experience in engineering at Procter & Gamble in Bruxelles and 5 years with the consulting company McKinsey and Co. in Milan. Rimbotti owns a broad knowledge in the fields of technology management, financial, legal and strategic advice.

Ludovico Calderazzi
Calderazzi holds a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is a Certified Expert in Energy Management according to UNI CEI11339. He also deals with Organic Rankine Cycle heat recovery for power generation, while his main activities regard process simulation, energy assessments, system design and project management for efficient solutions.
Calderazzi has experience in project permitting, technical Due Diligences and also serve the Court of Justice as Technical Consultant on industrial accidents.

Marco Brusa
M. Sc. in Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
Brusa gained his know-how in manufacturing systems through many managerial positions in the metal industry.
He is specialized in project commissioning, system design, construction supervision, environmental impact assessment, biomass combustion and heat recovery. He mainly focuses on EPC activities for hydroelectric projects.
